England Fencing Board Elections and AGM 2022

This message gives notice of England Fencing’s 2022 AGM.
The AGM will occur on Sunday 20 November 2022.
The AGM will be held virtually, with an option also for in-person attendance (venue St.Paul’s School, London, SW13 9JT).
Full details of the arrangements will be communicated to England Fencing’s members via email in due course.
Details of the agenda can be found on England Fencing’s website.
FY22 accounts will be published once approved by England Fencing’s accountants.

I note the 2022 AGM details and am hoping to attend by Zoom. I am trying to find the England Fencing Constitution and details regarding voting procedures for the nominees for Board and the President’s position. I would hope that all England members will be given the chance to vote if there is a contested election and not just those who are on line. Please let me know.
