AGM and Elections

The AGM and elections are your opportunity to have your say and shape the future of Fencing in England.

Sadly, two long serving directors, Chris Cranston-Selby and Jonathan Katz have served two 4 year terms and so are unable to stand again as Directors.

Due to the recent resignation of the President, the AGM and elections will be delivered under the current Articles of Association. The promised revised Articles of Association will be presented at the AGM and you will be invited to vote on the changes shortly after the meeting.

There will be 3 Director positions open for election. The election for President will be undertaken after the AGM so the Acting President will remain in place until this election has been completed. Independent and appointed Director positions will be reviewed once the new Board and President are installed.
