England Fencing Ltd is also known as England Fencing.

Q How is this relevant to you if you are a member of British Fencing?

A When you become a member of British Fencing, normally you will sign up as a member of one of the Home Nations such as Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man or, of course, England. Your membership will state this. If you are a member of England Fencing, your membership number is the same as your British Fencing number and you become a member of the company, England Fencing Ltd.

The company is limited by guarantee and the amount any member is liable for is £1.

The Company’s registered office is at 7 Wellington Square, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 1PD

The company’s year end is 30 June.

The Annual General Meeting is usually held in November of the same year.
